NOW for a Special Seth POV, given to us by Rachel Walter :

Seth POV
It’s The Beginning

I walk out of my history class and start walking to science when I remember we’re meeting outside for plant study. Mr. Blum likes having us active in what we’re doing. “You won’t learn anything just staring at a book,” he says. Sometimes, I agree. This is not one of those times. I’ve no use for science with the career path I’ve chosen. At least not Earth Science, though it is fascinating.
I cut down the East hall, weaving between other students when blonde hair catches my eye and I lift my head to look. Long blonde hair, sky blue eyes, slender arms and legs. She’s beautiful.
My breath ceases and everything fades to grey.
It’s just her.
Those bright blue eyes suck me in.
She’s all I see. The only one in color.
I want to know her. No. I need to know her.
Just from her eyes, there’s something there, a story, another life, a dream, a shattered beginning. I need to know her.
I take one step towards her and away from where I’m supposed to go.
Sadness, annoyance, worry, and nervousness smash into me, and I stop dead in my tracks. This is it.
The end.
The beginning.
Our beginning.
I watch as she walks through the doorway to the art room, completely oblivious at what just happened. Did she feel it too? Did she see me?
The bell rings and clears the fog. This is a moment I’ll keep with me forever, that moment when you see your destiny.
The second bell rings, indicating class is starting. “Shit.” I breathe out and lug my bag over my shoulder. I turn away from the art room, towards the outer door, and feel a tug, internally.
I can’t leave her.
I walk the five steps to the art room and reach out for the knob, like my instincts want me to. What the hell am I doing? I can’t walk in there. I don’t even know her name! Why didn’t I ask her what her name was?
I lean against the wall and slide down to the floor.
“Well, genius, I believe it was because you were too busy checking her out to have a conversation,” I mutter to myself and press my head into the cool steel of locker behind me. She’s beautiful.
What am I supposed to do? How do I move forward?
I pull out my phone and dial the number to the one person I know who can help me. Three rings. “Neill,” she says.
“Mom. It happened,” I blurt. “I found her.”

Swooning yet??? Hahahha Well Now I want to share with you my interview with Barry: By the Way...... He's Mine. Rachel Said so.

Hey Barry, I am Christina from Crazy Book Chicks. I am so glad that Rachel let me borrow you for today! You are sorta my favorite! *blushes*
Hi Christina, I hear a lot about you. *smiles*And  I’m everybody’s favorite. *winks*

Okay, I know you are busy and have friends to get back to, but I wanted to ask a few questions.

I’m never too busy to chat with you, babe.
*Giggles*

First, what was your impression of Jazzy and Henry when they first arrived at school?

Henry smelled different but familiar at the same time. I couldn’t place it, so I had to figure it out for myself. I also thought he was a trip.
Yes, I realize the “smell” thing might sound weird. Get used to it. *shrugs*
I thought Jazzy would be a high maintenance kind of trouble, but sweet.

How come you were so mean to Jazzy at school at first? Were you just teasing her or was there something else?

I didn’t think I was mean. I’m a protector. At the time she didn’t know that I was lookin’ out for her. But most of it was teasin’. She’s easy to pick on. *shrugs*

And it seemed that you didn’t like Seth at first. Explain. Or am I wrong?

I knew he wasn’t human. I didn’t know what he was, but human was not it. Supernatural beings have no business tampering with human fate. Plain and simple. If he were to be something other than what he is, odds are my pack would’ve had to take him out to protect humanity and the secrecy of other beings. *smirks* I always thought he was a bit of a tool, too.

Can you explain why you felt protective of Jazzy right off the bat?

I can’t. Wait, that’s a lie. I can. It’s just weird. *sighs*
Part of it is that I could smell she was in danger almost as soon as I met her. And it didn’t help Seth’s case that I had no idea what breed of being he was at the time. I thought it was him.
The other part is that my wolf nudged me. I still don’t know what that’s about. For the record, my wolf didn’t think she was his mate. He nudged me to kick my ass in gear to protect her.
My author says some of this gets cleared up in the next book.

Ok I have to ask, What is with you Calling Jazzy “Princess” all the time?
Jasmine is a Disney Princess.  *Laughs* I was a Power Rangers and G.I. Joe Kid, not a Disney kid.  And for the record, I won’t go in detail how I learned the Disney Princess names.... I called her Princess ‘cause of her name and when I did it, it seemed to irritate her.  So I kept doin’ it.  It just stuck

When you went to stay with Jazzy and Henry, was it weird being away from your family?

Not really. The weird part was being placed in the center of a tight knit family. My dad and I are, well, we’re close, but it’s nothing like the Williams’ have. Also, running around that stinkin’ lake was killer. And I could only run at night. *shakes head*

Ok.... time for a laugh.... maybe just from me but, when you got stuck in the sofa bed, were you pissed, embarrassed, both? And when you found out Jazzy had the pictures what were your thoughts.

*rolls eyes* I knew this would come up.
At first I was uncomfortable and pissed at myself for not clickin’ in the damn doohickey on the post. Then I was really pissed that Jaz just laughed. I thought for sure she was gonna bust a gut.

Next, when Jazzy had that dream and was being attacked in it, you seemed to take it very hard. What was going on in your mind there?

It was unexpected. We had this routine set up, and everything was goin’ great. I felt guilty. I still feel guilty. I should’ve checked on her like my gut and wolf were tellin’ me to. Leland and Henry were doin’ what they could to get her to wake up, but she wasn’t. I could only stand there and watch for a while. When I yelled, she responded. It made me realize that the entire situation was more serious than I had thought. It made me realize exactly how important she became to me. As a wolf, it’s common place to protect. That’s my duty always. But to truly care about who or what I’m protecting is different for me. I don’t know how to explain it clearly, but the feelings are no where close to romantic.

What is your overall job when it comes to Henry or Jazzy. I am curious. If she is with Seth and he can protect her, what is your and your packs job?

I’m a protector, and my author says I’m not allowed to answer all of this question. *shrugs* Seth can protect Jazzy just fine. But if you were in Jazzy’s shoes, wouldn’t you want all the protection you could get?
*grins* You’ll see my job and Henry’s in the next book.

Ok I know those were all intense questions, lets have a little fun ok?

Isn't Barry awesome?  I can't wait for his book!  Now For my review of True Connection:

When I opened True Connection I was excited to see what Rachel had written.  She was stressing over it and I knew it had to be good.  I had been hearing about all these characters for a long time.  Let me say this now, I love paranormal books and Rachel Walter is on POINT with this one! Most all are the same either wolves or vampires.  Rachel  brings more to the table with her own.  I don't want to explain what Seth is you must read for yourself.
Jazzy and her brother Henry have to start a new school because they have had to move to their uncles house.  Their Dad and sister died in an accident and their mom needed to be in a home because she wasn't dealing with it too well.  Starting a new school is hard, but Henry seems to make some great friends with some guys and Jazzy meets a girl named Skeeter.  I LOVE HER! But then a guy notices her.  Seth.  Wow he sounds amazing.  Seth gets to know Jazzy and something strange happens........ She can her his thoughts in her mind!  Now this is something I LOVE!  You can only hear the thoughts of your soul mate in this story! LOVE IT! Wouldn't that be awesome in real life?  Not the thoughts of others but the ONE you are supposed to be with!  Ok I digress.  Henry's friends all seem protective of Jazzy and are a bit gruff about Seth.  Why is that? Hmmm you'll have to see.  But the one who sticks out the most is my FAVORITE! Barry!  Ya you would think I would be all swoony over Seth, but no.  Don't get me wrong he sounds AMAZING and cute and hot and all take charge and caring and protecting Jazzy, but Barry something about him just draws you.  Ya maybe he is crude a little and rough around the edges, but I find that funny!
When things start happening and Jazzy becomes unsafe, Barry is sent to help protect her family.  Why you ask? Well Barry and his family are special protectors, you will learn how.  And this has special bearings on Henry.  A funny moment is when Barry gets stuck in the sleeper sofa.  I think I laughed for like 5 minutes.
There is a danger to Jazzy through dreams and in person, so Seth and Barry and Henry have a job of protecting her.  There is so much in this that my mind was blow away with the details that Rachel creates.
IF I keep going I will give you way to much.  All I must say is Get this..... .READ IT and love the soul mate connection of Jazzy and Seth.  And Fall in love with the many characters Rachel has created.  You might have a different favorite than me.  I am so proud of Rachel.  This is a book I will read over and over and recommend to my friends.  Heck I might even buy a few this book.  I will say this is a awesome book to start a series.  I can't wait for book 2 and ever for Barry's book! (ya  I know I like him a little too much)
